Web site design is our business. We concentrate on one client at a time and deliver a product that encompasses our entire relationship together. As in all "conceptual" projects the key to success is to develop a working relationship with the client that ensures that we understand the key needs, wants and desires that should be reflected in the final project.

In order to ensure that the process works smoothly we use the following plan.

1. Initial meeting
2. Creation/collection of key requirements
3. Development of implimentation plan
4. Gathering of all "branding" materials and information
5. Presentation of Graphical mock-up
6. Creation of web site
7. Presentation
8. Revision
9. Sign Off

After the initial meeting, we will present a detailed quotation, outlining the timeline for the project, present a rough site flow map and overview, and a manifest of materials that the customer must provide. As well, an initial deposit of 50% of the expected cost must be received prior to the presentation of the Mock Up.

Providing that all materials are received from the client, the presentation date will be the final checkpoint for the website. At this point, the client and the designer will work together to do the final testing, and revisions (as outlined in the implimentation plan). Sign off usually occurs 2 weeks after the revision date.
